Our philosophy is rooted in the "shokunin" spirit—a tireless pursuit of mastery over our craft. The space itself reflects this focus. Minimalist, raw, and exclusive, the interior utilizes dark wood and subtle lighting to create an underground, "speakeasy" atmosphere.
